ATTENTION! Please read below!

Howdy Folks!

We just want to let everyone know that after the address from the Missouri Governor and confirmation by our county health department, we are unfortunately going to have to shut down until April 6, 2020.
This means that the ranch will reopen the weekend of April 17-19! ( We always close for Easter weekend April 10 – 12 ).

As of right now we have several electric campsites available for that weekend so email in your request!

We greatly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding and we hope to see everyone soon!

Please stay tuned to this page and our website for any further announcements!

Attention folks! I’ve got some BIG NEWS for between now and April 6th! PLEASE READ BELOW!!

Howdy everyone! I was notified by the Heath department yesterday that we are not allowed to have any more than 50 people at our ranch per day until April 6.

These are the new rules that unfortunately we are having to comply by until April 6.

Fortunately the next two weekends of March 27-29 and April 3-5 we are at the capacity of 50 people per day so unless we get a cancellation we are 100% booked. So at this time we are not taking any reservations camping OR day wheeling for those weekends. I will post if we get cancellations and gain any room.

If you already have an electric campsite reservation or cabin reservation for those weekends you are good go. If you planned on generator camping or tent camping, we do not have a reservation for you and generally do not take reservations for those areas.
Unfortunately we are at the ordered 50 limit capacity and will not have availability for ANY generator, tent or primitive campers.

Once again folks, if you do not have a reservation you will NOT be allowed in for the next two weekends of March 27-29 and April 3-5!

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience but we have been ordered by Webster County to stay within the limit of 50 people or less. At the moment this will only last until April 6, 2020.

We want to thank everyone for understanding. All of us here at SMORR wish all of our wheeling friends and family well and hope that all of you are staying safe out there! We really love y’all and look forward to seeing you as soon as this all blows over.

God Bless!

P.S. Stay tuned to this page for any updates! Please share with all your four wheeling friends and family!

Hey Folks!

It is with heavy hearts we have decided to close for this weekend March 20-22.

We have done everything in our power to try and stay open. This is why this notice is so late and we are so very sorry!Between everything shutting down, we are flooded, COVID-19 and other factors have played into this decision.

We have had no plans on doing this up until now and we apologize for any inconvenience. We very very much appreciate everyone’s understanding during these hard times and please stay tuned to this page for any updates!

At the moment the closure is only for this weekend March 20-22.

Please folks SHARE THIS INFORMATION TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW! We do not want anyone showing up to find out our gates are closed to just turn around and go home.

Everybody please take care until you hear from me again!

****ATTENTION****

MUST READ ALL OF THIS POST IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON VISITING SMORR MARCH 20-22!!!!

Hey yall!! Folks there’s been some crazy stuff going on, from COVID-19 to now they have closed down the Big Meat Run at Disney, OK. I would have never in a million years have predicted this happening.

With that being said, we have suddenly been inodiated with people wanting to come see us this weekend. To make sure that we do not get overbooked or go over capacity this weekend we are putting some rules and restrictions into place.

You will have to have a reservation to come this weekend March 20-22. If you already have a reservation you are good to go.

We already have a very full house this weekend and have very limited camping but we will camp as many as we possibly can without going over capacity.

If you are planning on generator camping or tent camping you must also have a reservation. Please go to http://www.smorr.net/camp-registration-form/ to send in your request through email.

This also applies to day wheeling, if you are planning on coming to day wheel(will not be camping or staying on premises) anytime between March 20-22 you will also have to have a reservation. Please email jacksforkland@gmail.com with your name, the number of vehicles, number of people and what days you want to wheel.(Absolutely no group emails.)

All reservations MUST be done through email.

We absolutely hate to do this but this is to be sure that everyone is able to come have a good time this weekend and not be over capacity in our campground or our trail system.

You MUST have a reservation to get in this weekend. Existing folks with campsite reservations, once again no worries you are good to go.

We ask all of our wheeling friends and family to PLEASE SHARE THIS POST, we do not want to have to turn anyone away.

Last but not least, I know that the Big Meat Run brings in 10,000+ people every year. So I’m sure a lot of you are reading this post and wondering where else you could go wheel if we are booked. So here are a few of our recommendations: Rush Springs Ranch: ATVs, Off Road Park, and CampgroundKansas Rocks Recreation Park ( KRRP )Moonlight Racing Offroad ParkCross Bar Ranch ATV ParkByrd’s Adventure CenterRugged Mountain RanchHot Springs Off Road Park

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding, this COVID-19 has taken us all by surprise and we are doing our best to make this weekend an enjoyable one for those attending. My secretary will be getting to all existing emails shortly and be available to respond to any new ones. Keep in mind she is only one person. 😉!

Thank you and once again I appreciate everyone understanding,
